- Donation details processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Photos and stories from outreach events, shared only with consent from those pictured or their guardians.
- Basic site analytics (page visits, device type) to understand how the site is used.
How we use information
- To respond to your messages and keep you updated on our work.
- To process and acknowledge donations, and issue receipts where required.
- To coordinate outreach events and report on programme impact.
- To comply with Ugandan law and any applicable regulations.
How we protect information
Information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Only authorised staff can view contact messages and donor records. We never sell or rent your data.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to view, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email zionclintonfoundation@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Where children are featured in photos or stories on this site, we obtain consent from a parent or guardian first. If you believe a photo should be removed, please contact us and we will act promptly.
